CONFERENCE LUNCH

Rosalie's of Sedona will be on the school grounds for lunch.

Please click HERE to place your pre-order lunch box meal for Saturday and Sunday. There are Non-Vegetarian, Vegetarian and Vegan options for you to choose from! This is the ONLY provider for on-site food at the conference. We highly recommend that you place your order to ensure that you have a meal and not look around in the mid-day heat of June for a restaurant in town. This also helps you get back in time for the program after the lunch break. This will save you time and money! All lunches must be pre-ordered and paid for via the Internet in advance. Lunches will be available for pickup in the high school cafeteria at your regularly scheduled break.

SEATING:
First Come First Serve... each day.
Seats the first day are not necessarily your seats the second or third day.
No saving seats from day to day.
Speaking of seats... these rental chairs have been upgraded since our first conference. They are far softer!

RECORDING: AUDIO AND VIDEO:
Not permitted... Sorry. Due to the number of speakers and musical portions of the program, we are honoring the multiple copyright arrangements that are represented. Please don't bring recording devices to record this conference.

The Kryon channelling of Saturday and Sunday evening will both be posted as free downloadable MP3 files on the Kryon website within a week of the conference. FREE AUDIO PAGE

PARKING:
The parking lot has been extended since 2008, and in 2009 we had plenty of parking without having to go accross the street.

NEW: SPEED TRAPS
There are new automated speed traps between Phoenix and Sedona. These take a photo of your car and send you a ticket later. The best thing: Obey the speed limit and watch for speed limit changes. Then all is well!

Speaking of such things, the speed limit in the town of Sedona is ABSOLUTE and the police have not been funded very well this year. MANY of our attendees can attest to the efficiency of the Sedona friendly police... tickets with a smile!

PS: They KNOW we are coming! They count on it every year. :-)

WEATHER:
Please check Sedona local weather forecast before arrival so you are well prepared. We recommend bringing an umbrella in case of RAIN. SEDONA WEATHER SITE
