After a single illumination through the center of the cell flask, 24 hours later the cells were seen to have organized into a coherent column so large they could be seen without the aid of a microscope. The colleague commented that normally no more than 8-16 of these cells adhere together - and here the number was on the order of 1-2 million.
When the beam was directed through the base of the flask, the cells carpeted to the bottom in a “lawn”. These cells flattened out and began to move and appear like normal white blood cells. It was as though the time course of disease had been run backward to the point of normal activity again.
When the surface chemistry of the cells was measured with a technique called flow cytometry, another major observation was made. Molecules on the surface of cells called integrins are responsible for cells adhering together to maintain the integrity of tissues. These adhesion molecules are also used for cell-to-cell communication so cells know when to divide and what they should do for the health of the organism. In cells that become malignant it is common for less adhesion molecules to be made such cells tend to break off and metastasize, divide more rapidly, and are more resistant to treatment. Cells treated with the laser showed an increase of up to 35-100% in the levels of measured integrin molecules.
Other studies in the scientific literature show that if the integrin expression on a cancer cell can be normalized, the appearance of the cell can be reversed to normal. This was first shown compellingly by Bissel and Weaver in breast cancer cells. Not only the appearance of individual cells was reversed, but also even the organization of large malignant clusters returned to a normal smaller “cluster of grape” like configuration.
A characteristic of the beam very significant for treatment possibilities is that it likely has penetration much beyond that of ordinary lasers, and may be able to reach any location in the body. As a cool beam there would be no significant thermal injury of tissues. Putting these characteristics together, the potential effects of this beam include reversing malignant cells to a lower grade, slowing the division rate, reducing the tendency to spread, inducing tumor cells to self-destruct (a process called apoptosis), and increasing the response to existing therapies.
The beyond expected success of the first laser treatment device led to building a more powerful higher frequency system targeted to the AIDS virus. In studies conducted at USC, human cells infected with HIV were treated with the new apparatus with highly promising results. HIV infects both human monocytes and helper or T4 lymphocytes, the first an immune cell that eats invaders and debris and the second a cell type that recognizes viral infection and tumor cells so they can be eliminated.
The images below show the dramatic effects treating infected cells with the virus targeted laser system. The first two images are a normal monocyte line before and after infection with HIV. After infection, the cellstake on a very sick blown up appearance. The third image shows a marked reversal of pathologic effects of infection 6 days after a single 15-minute illumination session. Measures of the viral p24 antigen showed an up to 80% reduction of viral production after a single treatment with the carrier beam alone.
Even more dramatic, when frequency patterns designed to disrupt pathological viral proteins were modulated onto the beam, in some cases inhibition of viral production was seen below the threshold of detection for both infected human monocyte and T4 helper lymphocyte cell lines.
These highly encouraging results were seen without any significant toxic effects on the treated cells. In contrast drugs such as AZT may reduce the viral production but make the cells look sicker. If the technology could be delivered systemically to the whole body, it offers the realization of the dream of a specific antiviral treatment free of serious adverse effects.
In order to fund the ongoing research, a company was founded to make the benefits of the laser technology available immediately. Called Gematria Products, its purpose was to infuse health-giving nutrients with the added benefits of this new form of energy. The name Gematria was chosen after the definition in the “Keys of Enoch”: the science of determining the input energy required to build a body of consciousness.
The first product was developed to help the brain and awareness sizzle with waves of power. Composed of amino acids, antioxidants, and other brainboosting nutrients, this formula gave strongly positive results on brain map testing. A brain map is a type of EEG (electroencephalogram) that explicitly measures the power and wave patterns of the brain over several brain areas. In the chart below the baseline is seen in blue. The red bars show the increase in power from the formula itself. The gold bars show the further increase in power when the laser-enhanced formula was ingested. This profound boost in the alpha wave band was measured at up to 50-70% increases in the raw physical power of the brain.
Perhaps even more significant than the power of the brain is the coherence of the brain waves. This reflects the state of order of the brain wave patterns. The first graph below shows the effects on coherence of taking ordinary amino acids. The crisscrossing bars show widespread defects in coherence, chaos and clutter and confusion in the brain. The same subject then took the laser-enhanced formula and within one hour the chaos melted away to a perfect picture of coherence, an effect that for some would require long hours of meditation and extensive mental disciplines. The subject had a strong feeling of peace and calm as the brain wave shifts were noted.
An open label beta test with this new formula was conducted with 300 subjects around the country over a 4-month period. Called GemAminos, the results were strikingly good. Over 95% of persons noted one or more improvements in mental function, energy, and emotional strength and stability. Even daytime reveries and dream states were enhanced, some reporting lucid dreams. At the end of 4 months, 75% of participants also felt an increased sense of connection to their spiritual Source.
For the first time in human history the laser has been used to make an activated for of the amino acid arginine. This is extremely significant as arginine is the primary source of nitric oxide, so important a molecule that 3 American scientists shared the Nobel Prize in 1998 for the discovery of it effects. The laser-activated arginine increased the production of nitric oxide 4.5 times the baseline level in stimulated immune cells, statistically significantly more than ordinary arginine (p<.05). Gram for gram, there is not a more potent arginine ever made.
