Greetings to everyone! Welcome to the first publication of our on-line endeavor, In the Spirit. What a joy to be able to address so many who are interested in the Kryon work, in a way like never before.

Many of you realize that this publication replaces the Kryon Quarterly Magazine - an award winning paper publication which has now seen its last issue (Issue 12). We honor the creators of the paper publication, Geoff Hoppe and Linda Benyo, and celebrate their success in other spiritual endeavors as well. Part of the reason we have moved to produce this E-publication is because of the difficulty Geoff and Linda had keeping up with the paper magazine. This was due to wonderful synchronicity in their lives...the very thing Kryon has taught about since 1989. So now we have a win-win situation where lightworkers move on to service the good things in their lives and leave behind a wonderful legacy of thousands of hours of volunteer help in the Kryon work. Thank you, thank you...Geoff and Linda!

We now wish to celebrate Rob and Barbara Harris, the editors of this E-publication. Rob and Barbara have been with the Kryon organization from the beginning, helping with advertising, layout and design, and promotion. Most don't realize that the original idea of a Kryon magazine goes to Barbara, she even helped greatly in the first editions of the paper magazine as well. So, coming full circle, we can say to Barbara, "Here we are again!"

This time, the publication can be seen and enjoyed by thousands daily without a subscription! It won't have a new issue every month or quarter like so many other E-publications, but rather it will be an on-going, dynamic, changing Kryon news area. That is, parts and pieces will change all the time, and you will be able to log on and easily see which ones you have read, and which ones you have not. New articles, photos of events, and Kryon-related information will be presented here, expanding over time. We won't throw anything away, either. Past articles can always be accessed in our archives, letting you find them easily. You might have also noticed that our web site has changed. With help from professional web designer Greg Aurand, in the beautiful Hawaiian setting of Maui, the site's technical side has leapt forward. Gary Liljegren, our original webmaster, is still here as our website manager. Many of you (thousands by the last count) continue to enjoy Gary's daily "marshmallow messages." Many of you will realize that we have now combined the [kryon.com] and [kryon.org] sites together into one. In addition, you might also have realized that we have changed the navigation...the way you get around on the site. With hundreds of pages to view, we have tried to make it so that you can access most of them directly from the front page. If you forget where you are, a return to the front page is your best bet. Most pages are now one or two clicks away from "home." We will continue to work on this, since it's tough to make it happen all together in one month.

Rather than slowing down, the Kryon work has accelerated within the past year. For those who keep track of these things, there are now over a half a million Kryon and Indigo books in print in over fourteen languages worldwide - Spanish, French, German, Chinese, Hebrew, English, Danish, Italian, Greek, Hungarian, Japanese, Dutch, Finnish, and Turkish. Hard to believe, but there are now 47 separate Kryon multi-language editions worldwide (and more on the way).

One of the most profound things happened to us last year on October 27. In the midst of the violence and turmoil in Israel, an overflow, sold-out crowd of 1,000 people squeezed into the main Performing Arts theater, in Tel Aviv, to hear a Kryon channelling! The energy was thick with expectation. Jan Tober, myself, Steve and Peggy Dubro, and master composer/musician Robert Coxon presented loving, spiritual information, music, and meditations in an all-day Kryon seminar.

You know we didn't plan to go during a war! (Just in case you wondered) Our planning started one year in advance, and it just happened this way. The "wink" we received from Spirit was obvious as things began to heat up three weeks before we were to board the El Al airplane. The information we received from the tourist council was that this was the "perfect time to go!" Many of our friends begged us not to go, but we felt good about the trip. Now we know why. We agree that it was the experience of a lifetime!

In September, Kryon Book 8 , Kryon 2000, Passing the Marker was released. This book sold out within three weeks and had to be reprinted immediately (just in case you tried to order it recently). Within the pages of this new Kryon book are the last 6 month's channellings of 1999 and the first 5 of the new energy year 2000 (the "Marker.") This gives the reader the energy and information which passed right through the millennium shift, with all its profound change.

Those in Israel were interested to hear the following, and you might be also. Channelled in March 2000, in Kansas City, Kryon gave us information that matches exactly events taking place in Israel right now! For that matter, there is also a piece of this that applies to our election (remember the election?) Here is an excerpt from page 226 of Kryon Book 8.

"Dear ones, in the next years, you are going to see some reversals. How many promising peace agreements on this planet are suddenly now stalled? How many issues politically and tribally have simply reached a stalemate? Have you seen any agreements simply fall apart lately? What's happening here? Isn't this the new energy?

Also, there will be action one way or the other within some issues that have simply been stalled for a very long time. Things that have seemed stuck will unstick themselves, and some will appear to move backwards into chaos!"

Even more profound is a quote from Kryon, excerpted from page 182 of Kryon Book 8, taken from a January 2000 channelling in Orlando.

"Look at Israel! ...Watch for a 'pull backward' this year, as the old energy force tries its best to keep the old conflicts alive. This energy is new to the planet, and potentially will bring great trial to those who try to remain in the old paradigm."

So there are reasons why the Middle East is in shift, and even why our political system just seem to stall. It's all on schedule and represents worldwide change. But then, you knew that didn't you? The Kryon Dream cruise in September was awesome! We took 60 people on a seven-day cruise to Alaska on the Holland America ship, Westerdam. We stopped at three ports along the way, where many took trains, boats, and helicopters to the fantastic glacial sights of the inner passage. We intertwined three Kryon workshops and channelling sessions with sightseeing, food, and fun. What an experience! It was packed with spiritual energy. We are going to do it again this year, only we are going to cruise the Hawaiian Islands on ms Patriot, another first-class ship, again stopping at many ports (5). The current popularity of ocean cruising demands that reservations and deposits be in place seven months prior to the event! So if you are thinking about it, sign up now! Our estimate is that at least 40 people missed the Alaskan cruise because they could not make up their minds in advance. By the time they decided (3 months before the cruise), the ship was sold out! Make it a present to yourself. You won't be sorry.
