As I have often said, I feel that our inner child work is some of the most important that we can do. Many people are doing their inner child work using different terms and techniques, but the result is the same, inner balance and healing. Whether you call it your younger self, your subconscious, your ego or your body elemental, you are unifying, balancing and harmonizing all parts of yourself and beginning to understand the process of conscious creation. I use the Huna teachings which refer to the younger or lower self, but I do use the term “inner child” which I hope is not too confusing.

In creating a relationship with my inner child, who says her name is Jessie, I have discovered a number of interesting things. Jessie requires a lot of explanation in very simple terms, and I often make the mistake of assuming that she understands what I am thinking or talking about. I also have assumed that if I say something once, she will remember it always or if I tell her to do something, she will unerringly do it. Well, such is not always the case. However, when I am clear and unconflicted as well as calm and balanced when I talk to her, I get a more consistent result.

I am going to share my portion of a dialogue that I had with Jessie last night. For those of you who are familiar with inner child work , it should be quite easy to get into a space to do this. For those of you who are new to this, I suggest that you read my prior article on “Your Inner Child and your Indigo Child” at http://www.planetlightworker.com/articlefarm/sharyljackson/article13.htm . Anyway, I was in an expansive, connected, quiet inner space when this information simply began to flow and I spoke it all to Jessie with my inner voice allowing pictures and feelings to come spontaneously.

Dear Jessie,
You are good and you do your job so well. You are safe and you are loved.

All along you have believed that your job was to keep me safe from harm and you have done it well. In keeping me safe you have gathered a lot of beliefs about what works, which has been your job. However, now your job is changing, we are changing-in a way we have a new program. The old program is just that, an old program, and we have come to the time when we are creating a new program. We came here to Earth to do that, and it is wonderful and exciting. Think of it like a computer. You know how a computer works-it is programmed to give a certain answer, a certain result every time. It creates what it is programmed to create. Sometimes the program gets what we call an update or is even completely deleted and reprogrammed. What we are doing is deleting our old program which is one that is based on fear. Our program came, at least in part, from what other people have said and done to and about us over time. A lot of that program is just plain incorrect for what we are doing now. As a matter of fact, it makes it very hard to create our soul’s contract. So, we are going to create a new program based on Love, based on the Truth, God’s Truth, our Truth. The basic idea of our new program is that we are Love, God is Love, everything is love and therefore, we are safe and part of Love. I will tell you some statements which are the Truth which will be our data base, our new belief system, to put into every cell of our body. This new belief system will give us different answers, different experiences than we have been having, because remember how a computer works by reflecting back what has been
put into it.

I will speak to you saying, “I am Love” or other such statements. When I say
“I am,” I always mean all parts of us-you, the higher self, the soul self, the Christed self, the oversoul, the source self, all of us, because, you see, we are all part of One with different jobs. Each part is equally important and equally loved. Sometimes you will remember something that is part of the old program such as, “It’s not safe to go to that place, because I was hurt there.” I may tell you that you can release or delete or erase or let go of that, because we have
a new program. It is okay for you to let it go even though in the past, it was your job to hold on to it.

This new program is the truth of who we really are and what we are here for. You see, it will help us remember that we are God’s children, that we are God. Mother Earth and all the other children, the devas, the elementals, all God’s kingdoms, will be helped by this. So I am telling you now that it is a good idea
to release, as they come up, those ideas that were in our fear-based program.

Let us begin to create our new program together. I need your help to do it, and you let me know if you have trouble understanding a word or anything I’m saying. Remember I will use “I” and that means all of us.

The very basis of our new program is: “I am Love” and within that Truth are many other Truths, just like within the “I” that is us are many parts. That is what I mean when say, “I am that I am.”
